Plain-Language Summary

These Terms govern use of Kitchen2MyTable. Recipes and artificial-intelligence outputs require human judgment, allergy awareness, and safe cooking practices. The complimentary Guided Tour lasts 48 hours, does not restart when browser data is cleared, and does not create a permanent personal account.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and BEZ Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Kitchen2MyTable ("Kitchen2MyTable," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern access to Kitchen2MyTable.com and related United States services (the "Service").

By accessing the Service, starting the Guided Tour, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and United States Use

The Service is offered for use in the United States. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you use the Service for another person, household, or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. The Complimentary 48-Hour Guided Tour

Eligible visitors may receive one complimentary Guided Tour lasting 48 consecutive hours from the server-recorded start time. No email address or account is required to begin the tour unless otherwise stated at the point of entry.

The Guided Tour expiration is fixed and does not pause or restart when you close the browser, refresh a page, clear browser history, delete cookies, change browser settings, or return later.

We may use an essential first-party token and limited device and network information, as described in the Privacy Policy, to recognize an active or expired Guided Tour.

The Guided Tour is intended as a one-time opportunity to evaluate the Service. We may deny or end access when we reasonably determine that trial limits are being avoided or the Service is being misused.

Tour features, usage limits, and availability may differ from paid membership and may change or end at any time. Anonymous-tour activity is temporary and is not a permanent personal kitchen, account history, favorite collection, meal-plan library, or shopping-list archive.

Generated recipes may be retained in or contribute to the general recipe catalog without identifying the anonymous visitor. When the Guided Tour expires, protected tools may become unavailable until you purchase an eligible membership. Tutorials and other public materials may remain available.

4. Accounts and Account Security

Permanent personalized features may require an account and active membership. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, promptly update account information, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.

You may not create accounts or manipulate identifiers to evade Guided Tour, membership, security, or usage limits.

5. Membership, Pricing, Billing, and Cancellation

The current advertised annual membership price is $17.99 per year, less than $1.50 per month when averaged over twelve months, unless a clearly disclosed promotion applies. The checkout page controls the price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and material purchase conditions presented at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize the disclosed charges when you complete checkout. Cancellation, renewal, and refund rights will be provided as required by law and as stated during checkout or in an applicable membership policy.

6. Permitted Personal Use

Subject to these Terms, Kitchen2MyTable grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Service for lawful household cooking, meal planning, shopping, and related noncommercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent Guided Tour, account, membership, payment, security, or usage restrictions.
• Using bots, scrapers, automated tools, or excessive requests without written permission.
• Interfering with the Service, introducing malware, probing security, or accessing another person's account or data.
• Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or commercially exploitative purposes.
• Copying, republishing, selling, licensing, or creating a competing database from substantial portions of the Service except with written permission.
• Submitting content that violates law, privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

8. Recipes, Artificial Intelligence, and Human Judgment

The Service uses automated systems and artificial intelligence. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, unsuitable, or inconsistent. Kitchen2MyTable does not guarantee that a recipe, substitution, dietary classification, nutrition estimate, cooking time, translation, image, or other output is correct or appropriate for you.

You must review ingredients, quantities, instructions, equipment, allergies, dietary needs, and results before relying on an output. Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, allergen, legal, or other expert advice.

9. Food Safety and Allergies

You are responsible for safe food selection, storage, preparation, cooking, and service. Use a reliable food thermometer, avoid cross-contamination, follow current government safety guidance, and account for equipment and ingredient differences.

Kitchen2MyTable cannot guarantee that recipes are free from allergens or cross-contact. Ingredient labels and manufacturer information control. Anyone with an allergy, medical condition, pregnancy-related concern, religious requirement, or specialized diet should independently verify suitability and consult an appropriate professional when needed.

10. Shopping Lists, Meal Plans, and Sharing

Shopping lists, meal plans, favorites, and related tools are provided for convenience. You are responsible for checking quantities, availability, substitutions, costs, and suitability. A shared shopping-list link may allow anyone possessing the link to view or interact with the list without logging in. Share links only with intended recipients and avoid entering sensitive information.

11. Your Content and Feedback

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant Kitchen2MyTable a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, display, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service. Anonymous feedback may be used to improve the Service.

Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, or content you lack authority to provide.

12. Kitchen2MyTable Intellectual Property

The Service, software, design, branding, logos, compilations, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Kitchen2MyTable and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, hosting, artificial-intelligence, email, social-media, and other providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. Kitchen2MyTable does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party services.

14. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected, including information used for Guided Tour enforcement. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties; enforce these Terms; address nonpayment; comply with law; or investigate misuse. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

16. Service Changes and Availability

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The Service may experience interruptions, errors, maintenance, or third-party outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of anonymous-tour data.

17. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." KITCHEN2MYTABLE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITCHEN2MYTABLE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kitchen2MyTable from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

22. General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and checkout disclosures form the agreement concerning the Service, subject to any additional written terms that apply.
