Plain-Language Summary

Kitchen2MyTable uses information to provide recipes, meal-planning tools, shopping-list features, accounts, memberships, security, and a one-time complimentary Guided Tour. We do not sell personal information or use trial-enforcement information for advertising. This summary does not replace the complete policy below.

1. Who We Are and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how BEZ Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Kitchen2MyTable (collectively, "Kitchen2MyTable," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when people use Kitchen2MyTable.com and related United States services (the "Service").

This Policy applies to visitors, Guided Tour users, account holders, and members. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Information Collected Automatically

Potentially Sensitive Selections

Some dietary, allergy, religious, or health-related selections may reveal information that certain laws treat as sensitive. We use those selections to respond to your request and operate the Service. We do not use them to make eligibility, employment, insurance, credit, housing, or advertising decisions.

3. How We Collect Information

4. How We Use Information

5. One-Time 48-Hour Guided Tour

The Guided Tour allows an eligible visitor to experience selected features for a fixed 48-hour period without first providing an email address or creating an account. The expiration time is stored on our server and does not restart when browser history, cookies, or local storage are cleared.

To recognize an active or expired Guided Tour, we use an essential first-party token and limited device and network characteristics. If the token is missing, we may use a pseudonymized signature to restore the original trial record. We do not use the trial signature for targeted advertising or sell it to third parties.

Device recognition is approximate. It is designed to discourage ordinary repeat use while avoiding collection of a device name, IMEI, serial number, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifier.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Kitchen2MyTable uses first-party cookies and similar technologies. These may be necessary to keep you signed in, protect forms, preserve selections, operate shopping and recipe tools, remember safety acknowledgments, measure Service performance, and enforce the Guided Tour.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or choices before using nonessential technologies. Disabling essential technologies may prevent parts of the Service from working. We do not knowingly use trial-enforcement technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers acting for us, including hosting, database, security, payment, email, customer-support, analytics, and artificial-intelligence providers. They may process information only for the contracted service and subject to applicable agreements.

Recipe requests and approved content may be transmitted to artificial-intelligence providers to match questions, translate approved answers, generate recipes, or provide other requested functions. Do not submit confidential information that is not needed for your request.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

8. No Sale or Targeted Advertising

Kitchen2MyTable does not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use Guided Tour identifiers for targeted advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.

9. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining records, enforcing trial eligibility, preventing misuse, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Passwords should be unique and kept confidential.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, United States residents may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information. Residents may also have rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.

Where legally required and technically applicable, we will process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such a signal should not reduce ordinary Service functionality.

Submit requests or appeals to admin@kitchen2mytable.com. Please describe the request and the email address or account involved, if any. Anonymous Guided Tour records may not be reasonably linkable to a named person without additional verification information.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us at the address below.

13. United States Service

Kitchen2MyTable is offered for use in the United States. If a person accesses the Service from another country, information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.
