- 1 cup (150 g) sliced red kiwis (about 4–5 fruit)
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp (16 g) cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups (135 g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup (95 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (100 g) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick, 113 g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) fine salt

4. Sprinkle the oat streusel evenly over the fruit layer.

6. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
